Clubpets (“we”) is a pet lifestyle app for Vietnam. We collect the account details you give us (name, email, optional phone), pet profiles and photos you add, feed posts, lost-pet reports, care reminders, and technical data needed to run the app (device push token, approximate location only when you use Discover nearby).
We use this information to operate Clubpets, send transactional email (password reset, account notices), and show you nearby partner venues. We do not sell personal data.
You can request deletion in the app under Profile → Account. We keep the account for 14 days so you can cancel and so our team can email you to confirm. After staff confirm, we deactivate the account and remove personal identifiers (name, email, phone, password). You can also email info@lina.gallery.
